SimpleTire - Lied about delivery times
I informed them about posting...immediately they posted a fictitious retort to my complaint
I bought tires, delivery time had two day window before I needed them.. Then it changed to the day before, then it changed to that day?
I called trying to expedite the order. I got the explanation.. "we add another day to that because it takes a day for us to process order" did it say that in description.? NO (BTW it was 2 days) I called to get order here on time..It wasn't, and later than published delivery..I was told "ignore published delivery" ????

Delivery was Thursday may 24..NOT may 23rd as published with tracking number
Now..i'm getting moronic emails stating that they want to improve their training???
who cares? do something to prevent this from happeneing
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $220.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

What are you complaining about?What if you had a vacation planned??? Maybe you should have gone to a brick and motor to by your tire not have it shipped.
That's obvious.Simpletire doesn't control FEDEX/UPS. Its funny how people complain about shipping delays....that has to do with the carrier not the company you placed the order with.I guess you didn't know that right....
So...because the inflated price has shipping..The can take a month to ship? because Simple tire publishes a time of delivery..It is now FEDEXs fault..I'm now dumber for reading what you wrote...Sounds like you work for simple tire?
Beefy Toucan.....What do you think people on ebay do when they sell and list free shipping? Your are paying for the shipping within the inflated price of the item.Are you not familiar with the way e-commerce works.
Free shipping is free shipping the price you see is "DELIVERED TO YOU"SimpleTire might post a published time of delivery, but are you going to tell me that simple has control over Fedex and weather delays that postpone fedex shipments or fedex drivers that don't complete a route.If you feel dumber after reading my comment then you have a serious problem or....

I'm sorry to hear you've had such a negative experience with this order, and that your order didn't arrive within the typical 2-4 business day timeframe. I can absolutely understand that this would be frustrating, and that your order should have been delivered on time as expected instead of later.

So you pay expect a certain day and publish that and that makes the customer impatient, and you not wrong..What f a vacation was planned? or the tires were needed? I would expect the company to post something this ludicrous to put the blame on others, instaed of taking the blame C U Next Tuesday
The tires were 1 day later than expected and the customer writes this kind of scathing email? Sometimes processing takes a day. Are we that impatient?
