SimpleTire - Poor customer Service after sale and old tires, FET price 3 times amount it should have been
I purchased 6 tires for my dually Last week of September, 2017. Called about the FET charges because my installer showed my what they should have charged me.
I talked to a guy that said call back next week, everyones gone for labor day. I called back every day for a week, no answer and when someone did, they'd transfer me and hang up. I also sent emails, to no avail.
Finally today,a week later I talked to someone after 2 hang ups and the agreed that the FET charge was incorrect and agreed to refund me the difference, As for the DOT date, my tires are exactly 3 years old and they referenced their website jargon and said they will not refund tires that have been installed. They did agree to a 5% refund on the tires, however I WILL NEVER EVER BUY TIRES FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
